Description

Pieter Pretorius is a FGASA Level IIIa Field Guide who has comitted himself to life in the bush. Pieter is a qualified FGASA Trails Guide with an advance weapons handling certificate. Pieter has a fantastic ability to take guests out into the bush and bring them back safely, satisfied and eager to have another game, bird or bush walk.

Pieter's career began as a Game Ranger at Zulu Nyala, but it was at Mkuze Falls where he became one of the most requested rangers to take clients out on game drives in a Big Five Game Reserve.

Of course, his position as a trails guide at Rhino Walking Safaris allowed him to conduct walking trails in the Kruger National Park and it is here that guests were treated to his awesome game, bird and bush walks

Pieter is currently at Witwater Safari Lodge and Spa in the Waterberg of Limpopo where he is head ranger and not only monitors the reserve, but takes guests out on game drives as well as waterberg trails in the unique environment of the Waterberg bushveld.
